Mānoa Heritage Center is excited to offer a second in-person hula camp in 2021 slated to take place during the Hawai‘i Department of Education’s (HIDOE) Fall Break. Hula camp is open to students ages 8-80 and will be taught once again by renowned kumu hula Kilohana Silve. To keep everyone safe, all participants 12 and up will need to show proof of COVID vaccination (or present a negative COVID test taken within the previous 48 hours) and everyone will need to wear a mask. Temperature checks will be done upon arrival and anyone with a temperature of more than 100° will not be able to participate that day. We will also utilize the garden and breezy outdoor spaces as much as possible.
Reconnect with the ‘āina and learn by doing – ma ka hana ka ‘ike!
